The VFW Parkway Speedtrap Has Not Gone Away

Just a reminder to you Boston-area drivers that the traps at the VFW Parkway/West Roxbury Parkway rotary and by the Putterham Golf Course are still in full effect.

The VFW Parkway trap had two troopers today for extra ticketastic fun, and when I drove by they had nailed a standard Toyota Camry with an older guy and a very shmancy Mercedes with vanity plates and  a wealthy (and peeved) looking 60ish woman getting handed a ticket by a very young female trooper. The driver must not be a Real Charlie reader. Beware, Bostonians, even if you're heading to Chestnut Hill, the staties will get you...
